A developer of 31 apartments, with approximately 600sqm of roof terrace set over two levels, required a design to include two communal gardens for all the residents to enjoy, plus several smaller private gardens.

The pathways linking the two levels are paved with Marshalls Vitrified Symphony stone, whilst the artificial lawns set within the communal areas are framed with Millboard Composite Decking. Large 1m cubed bespoke planters planted with mature Olive trees and bamboo add height and screen neighbouring buildings, whilst Western Red Cedar arches add interest and highlight seating areas. Subtly coloured smaller planters of Rosemary, Lavender and Hebe help to soften this vast open space, add colour and form the boundaries to the smaller private gardens.
